Many web designers and developers make use of css grids and frameworks in order to shorten production periods, simplify development, and help them create more uniform layouts for their designs. This is brilliant when we are considering the horizontal plain, the x-axis, left to right, etc, but what about the vertical plain, the y-axis, top to bottom?
